Accessories purchased from the Accessory website may be exchanged within 48 hours from the time of delivery or pick-up provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

Exchanges are applicable only for eligible items and are subject to inspection and approval by Markazia.

Items eligible for exchange must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Have original packaging, price tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories intact.
• Show no signs of damage, wear, or improper use.

Exchange must be done in person at Markazia branches with accessory shop.

The customer shall bear all return and re-shipping costs unless the reason for return is a defective product or an error in supply attributable to Markazia.

Discounted products, promotional offers, health or consumable products, products whose packaging has been opened, products that have been used, or products whose original packaging has been tampered with shall not be eligible for return or exchange.

Note: Exchanges are not applicable for cash refunds. If an exchange is not possible, the request will be processed under the Refund Policy below.

Refunds are not automatic and are processed only through the approved refund process.

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

• Defective or damaged items (after inspection and approval).
• Non-availability of replacement/exchange items.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Processing time for refunds may take up to 30 days from the date of approval.

Note: Refund requests raised for reasons other than those expressly listed above shall be subject to Management review and approval. Management decisions shall be issued in accordance with written internal policies and objective criteria adopted by Markazia.

If a customer receives an item that is defective or malfunctions:

• The item must be reported within 5 days after delivery / pickup date.
• All defective items will be inspected by our team to confirm the issue.
• Warranty claims shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer or the authorized supplier, and Markazia shall not assume any additional obligations beyond those terms.

Once approved, the customer may receive:

• A replacement, or
• A refund, subject to management approval.

Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the product and issue.

• Please email us your refund request (include full details with pictures) at the Markazia email.
• Depending on your mentioned reason, your refund request may have to undergo a verification process. Our team will reach out to you in case any further details are required.
• You must arrange for returning the product to the same address as mentioned on the shipping invoice or any Markazia branch with an accessory shop.
• Refund will be initiated, if applicable.
• Refund process may take up to 30 days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

Markazia shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, governmental decisions, strikes, or emergency security conditions.
